Since the beginning, we’ve focused on combining an understanding of Sydney’s property market with creative problem solving. Our team is made up of real estate professionals and design specialists. We’re Flexible and Accommodating

Sydney’s real estate market can be unpredictable so we always offer flexible options, including our style guarantee, giving clients peace of mind in knowing they can keep our furniture until they sell, with no extension fees. We have a large warehouse in Chatswood, Sydney and own all our inventory and trucks, giving us the ability to take last minute bookings and accommodate date changes when needed.

Our Story

Renee Francis, along with her sister Carla, founded Spatial in 2010. The unique combination of their respective real estate and interior design experience has seen Spatial grow to be one of Sydney's most prominent property stylists. With the rise of online listings and social media, presentation has become increasingly important to the success of real estate sales, and Spatial has been at the forefront of the property styling industry. We now have two adjacent warehouses in Chatswood, over 30 staff and 7 trucks, giving us the ability to style properties of all shapes and sizes, all around Sydney.
