Our Story
Renee Francis, along with her sister Carla, founded Spatial in 2010. The unique combination of their respective real estate and interior design experience has seen Spatial grow to be one of Sydney's most prominent property stylists. With the rise of online listings and social media, presentation has become increasingly important to the success of real estate sales, and Spatial has been at the forefront of the property styling industry. We now have two adjacent warehouses in Chatswood, over 30 staff and 7 trucks, giving us the ability to style properties of all shapes and sizes, all around Sydney.
