# Lachlan Morris – Developer

‘With thanks to your amazing styling, we had 73 groups through the home in the 7 open homes during the 4 week campaign, which paved the way for a very successful auction yesterday.

We had 13 registered bidders and in the end a sale price of $1,190,000. This broke the record for four bed properties in the area!

Team Spatial did it yet again!’
